Discount policy :



1- Eligibility for Discounts:

  • New Students (Enrolling in 2025-2026 Academic Year):
    New students enrolling in the 2025-2026 academic year will be eligible for a 20% discounton tuition fees at MGIS Digital City and a 10% discount on tuition fees at MGIS Qortuba.
  • Returning Students (Enrolled during the Academic Year 2021-2025):
    Students who were previously registered with us during the academic year 2021-2025 will be granted a 20% discounton tuition fees at MGIS Digital City and a 15% discount on tuition fees at MGIS Qortuba.
  • Long-Term Returning Students (Enrolled before Academic Year 2021):
    Students who were enrolled with us before the academic year 2021 will receive a 30% discount on tuition fees.


2- Sibling Discounts:

  • Second Sibling:
    A 5% additional discountwill be granted to the second sibling, provided the discount is applied to the sibling with the lower grade.
  • Third Sibling Onwards:
    A 10% additional discountwill be granted to the third sibling and any subsequent siblings, provided the discount is applied to the sibling with the lower grade.


3- Additional Discounts for Early Payment:

  • Full Payment at the Beginning of the Academic Year (Includes 3 semesters):
  1. Parents who make full payment at the start of the year will receive an additional 5% discount, provided they commit to all three terms.


4- Digital City Employee Discount:

  • All employees of companies located within Digital City are eligible for a 30% discount on tuition fees at the Digital City branch of MGIS. This discount is applicable to both full-time and part-time employees. To qualify, employees must provide proof of employment at a Digital City-based company, such as an employment verification letter or company ID.

Fees policy :

1- Withdrawal Policy:
  • Withdrawal Before the Academic Year Starts:In case of withdrawal before the academic year begins, the seat reservation fee (5,000 SAR) will not be refundable.
  • Withdrawal within 30 Days of the Semester Start:If a student withdraws within 30 days of the beginning of the 1st semester, they will be charged 50% of the entire current year’s fees.
  • Withdrawal After One Month of the Semester Start:If a student withdraws after the first month of the 1st semester, they will be charged 100% of the entire current year’s fees.
  • A withdrawal is considered official only when the school administration has received the withdrawal letter from the parents.
  • The academic year consists of three semesters, with fees for each semester required to be paid in advance. However, the payment for reserving a seat is for the entire academic year, not for a single semester.
2- Additional Charges:
  • Books Fees: Tuition fees do not include the cost of school Books. These are additional expenses to be borne by the parents.
  • Transportation Fees:
    • One-way transportation:4,000 SAR Annually.
    • One-way transportation:450 SAR Monthly.
    • Round-trip transportation:7,500 SAR Annually.
    • Round-trip transportation:900 SAR Monthly.
  • Uniform Costs: Uniforms are available for purchase through ZAKs at an additional cost.
  • Lunch Meal Fees: Tuition fees do not include the cost of Lunch meal.
3- VAT: All fees do not include VAT, which will be charged where applicable.4- Final Financial Settlement: The final financial settlement will only be provided when all fees are fully paid.5- Payment Methods: Tuition fees can be paid via the following methods:
  • Mada (in person)
  • Bank transfer to the school’s account at Riyad Bank.

  1. In case of withdrawal within 30 days of the beginning of the semester, student will be charged 50% of the current semester fees.

  2. In case of withdrawal after first month of the beginning of the semester, student will be charged 100% of the current semester fees.
  3. In case of withdrawal before the academic year starts, the seat reservation fee 2000 SAR will not be refundable.
  4. Tuition fees do not include school uniform or textbooks.
  5. Transportation Fees: 4,000 SAR (one way), 7,500 SAR (round trip) yearly.
  6. Uniform cost is extra purchased through ZAKs.
  7. Lunch meal fees are EXTRA.
  8. IT services 500 SAR for full year includes (using Chromebook and technical support).
  9. No IT services fees for Nursery/Pre-k, KG1 & KG2.
  10. Fees do not include VAT.
  11. Final financial settlement will be given only when fees are fully paid.
  12. The tuition fee is paid through C-Pay (Classera), Cash (in person), Mada or transfer to the schoolʼs account at Riyad Bank.
