Our program lays the groundwork for mathematical literacy from an early age and offers increased complexity over time. Our students are introduced to strands in calculations, algebra, data and probability, geometry, measurement, numeration, patterns and functions.
We approach Science with inquiry-based learning as articulated in the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) to develop our student’s understanding of content and develop key skills—communication, collaboration, inquiry, problem solving, and flexibility—that will serve them throughout their educational and professional lives.
Our comprehensive, research-based program follows the US common Core Standards (CSS) with a balanced literacy approach for reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Our focus on literacy begins in the nursery and continues through all grade levels with increasingly complex texts and tasks.
Modern Global International Schools give great attention to teaching Arabic and Islamic Studies as an essential part of our core curriculum subjects. We follow the Ministry of Education (KSA Subjects) with accommodation for non-speakers of Arabic.
